This week in the studio:
Kite WS
Monday & Wednesday, June 4 & 6 from 6 to 10.
We will learn sponging and blending colors in the sky, will use masking tape and contact paper to blank out spaces, will use sprinkles Concepts on the path and shimmers glazes on the flowers, and will sgraffito in the kite lines. Lots of new techniques that you can incorporate into other pieces you want to make. Duncan Oh-Four Bisque provided. $20.00
Father’s Day Handprint Plate
Friday, June 8 from 6:00 to 8:30 — ALL AGES
Kids Krafts is making a Daddy’s Grilling Plate where the kids add their handprints to a barbecue grill. Mom will need to do the detail work if the kids are very young. Several different kids can print onto the same plate. $12.50 for one or $20.00 for two plates in case you want to make one for Grandpa, too! We will have some coloring pages for the kids to do while Mom is painting.
Open Classes
You are still welcome to come during Open Class time Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 6:00 to 10:00 and work on something from the shelf. Perhaps your friend wants to do the workshop and you don’t; that’s okay, come anyway.
