Spinning Carousels

Spinning carousels consist of a stationary base and a turntable suspended from a center pole by string or ribbon, allowing the turntable to spin back and forth. Caution: these are very addicting! Children love them and I have not had occasions where they try to pick them up.  Most of the spinning carousels are made with the same basic pieces: Kimple 1327 base and 1328 turntable.  Any small ceramic pieces can be used to customize your carousel for a special occasion. Prices range from $20-30 depending on the attachments and whether you use the canopy. (Note that in some pictures the carousel is blocked from spinning and the ribbons are slack.)
